Captain Tony Dimakarakos - Ft. Myers Florida
"I recently completed the 100 Ton to 200 Ton Master Upgrade with Captain's Marine Online. I saved $300!!! Plus, I didn't have to spend 5 days in a classroom saving several hundred more in travel expenses, fuel, and missed work! I rode the Ft. Myers to Key West Express Ferry to take the exam (finished by 2pm) and returned the same day at 6pm after checking out Key West. Everyone is always looking for a reason to visit the Florida Keys. Captain's Marine Online is of great service/help to the mariner. I will spread the word."

I look forward to upgrading my captain's license through what I’m sure will be another quality learning experience."

"I had doubts about an online school at first but after the first 3 weeks of studying for the test with the online materials Captains Marine online provided, it was clear this was a top-notch school. Capt. Flynn Smith was always there to take my many phone calls and answered the questions I had. This online school more than prepared me to pass the exam. Captain Russell G. Murphy - Professor of Law
"In 1973 I passed the Massachusetts Bar Examination and was admitted as a lawyer in that State. Some years later I was admitted to the US District Court Bar and, after that, the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States. Those were all watershed moments in my life, but none gave me more pride or satisfaction than successfully passing yesterdays Coast Guard exam. I'm sure you've had other ole' guys like me do the same. Still, the majority of my contemporaries are stuck on a couch with the TV clicker wondering where to go for dinner. For me, getting my license intensifies the enjoyment I get from being on the water. Your course was comprehensive, accessible, well-organized, smoothly administered and, for me at least, both hugely informative and good fun. The lectures were clear and understandable. Anyone making the effort would be prepared for the exam. My questions were always answered promptly. I actually preferred the on-line approach because of the ability to stop, review, go back, and take each module many times.
So, many thanks. I am enjoying the freedom of not having to study each day. But in some small ways I will miss the Captains Course." |

(Captain's Marine graduates) live and fishes in Key Largo Florida. In 1973 George's father took George Jr. on his first fishing trip in the Florida Keys. It was then George Clark Jr. began his fishing journey. Now many years later, that first fishing experience is remembered as a fuzzy and blurred memory. It may be the reason Captain George Clark Jr. enjoys fishing those same waters and sharing new adventures with young and old alike. Captain Clark presently owns and operates Rodeo Fishing Charters. He is a full time guide who fishes the Atlantic, Gulf of Mexico and Everglades National Park. From Sword fish to Tarpon, George has pursued them all. There probably isn't anything with fins he hasn't caught. When Captain George isn't entertaining clients on the water, he is fishing professional tournaments or involved in community functions. For the last two years George has been voted by his peers, “Best pro fishing captain” in the upper keys for the peoples choice awards. Captain Clark broadcasts daily fishing reports, live from the water for sun 103.1fm.

Dr. Nicholas G. Aumen
"I took the OUPV captain's course with Captain Flynn Smith and found it to be the best marine certification course I have ever taken. Captain Smith's many years of experience in the industry, the well-organized and presented course content, and the unique, hands-on experience I gained in his USCG-certified M/V Miss Virginia, made it a truly unique and rewarding experience. I know of no other such Captain's course in which you can get this type of experience on the water as part of the course. I highly recommend Captain's Marine as your source for this training." |

Captain Jen Shedler
